14 February 2007, Did someone say Happy Valentines Day? Well, you have it here, Happy Valentines Day everyone. for those who want to know, I didn't forget about Mrs. Dub, but she can put on the pressure huh? The PX still had a couple of those 4 foot wooden nut cracker soldiers in the discount bin so I picked one up. For those of you are about to make a comment about what she might do with a 4ft nut cracker, well, those are on the fire place mantel at home anyway, remember, I'm married.
Everyone has been crying Global Warming. Hello?!?! Parts of New York got 110" of snow during the last two weeks, now the northeast is calling for another 4 feet. Warming? How about some of those intellectuals mentioning something about another Ice Age?
Well, this in deed will be short, Be safe and have a great day.

Have a good one today. We here in Oregon haven't had any measurable rain for about 4 weeks. They say it's coming this week and it will be from Hawaii. The pineapple express. I better build my ark for this week. How is the weather there today?

Happy valentine's day to you and Mrs Dub, I knew you did not forget.....

How dumb is global warming, try a normal weather cycle. Did man melt the ice during the ice age????????

There are apparently folks out there who still refuse to accept global warming is happening. Oh well we will probably be dead when it will really affect us anyway. BTW I live in Alaska and the glaciers are melting at an alarming rate.

Thank you for the anniversary card! We didn't do anything special, but it was nice anyway. Fifteen years goes by so fast doesn't it?!

I forgot to tell you about Karisa's snow! She got 14 inches overnight with 40 mph winds. It was a true blizzard! Her high temp today will be 12 and tonight -1 degrees. I'm glad I am not there! :-)

Happy Day After Valentine's Day! Sorry I didn't get to check in yesterday (darn IT Marshall at work!).

We were supposed to get a major Nor'easter yesterday here in Connecticut but it turned out to be just a little bit of snow and too much ice and freezing rain. The steps leading up to my house are all iced over and I can't get out there to clean them off due to back issues so I rather doubt that the mailman is going to deliver the mail and risk breaking his neck.

Anyone have a blow torch I can borrow??

I don't really know whether it's Global Warming that has given us our weird winter or if it's just been a weird winter but we've had virtually NO snow at all. Odd - very, very odd!
